For Batter:
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 pinches salt
Beat it all together until you have no lumps. Fry as you would pancakes but remember these are very very thin (crape like thin).
Filling.. I like mine with nothing on but people love to fill these.
Leave one flat and add cottage cheese mixed with favorite jams or fresh fruits, purees whatever. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and roll it up. Some people like to heat the cottage cheese filling before serving.
