Today I ask you for prayers.

I am asking you to pray for a little boy today, lets call him Baby A.

Baby A has been a fighter since birth, heck even before birth. He has been so strong and put up with so many challenges in his short life that would make most adults crumble to the floor. But Baby A, not him. Each time his momma posted a picture he had a smile on his face, and his eyes just sparkled. He really is a beautiful child.

Baby A needed a new heart, and during the night his parents got the call they have been waiting for, a donor has been found.

So please pray, pray for Baby A, and that everything goes smooth and that he has an amazing recovery. Pray for his mommy and daddy, I dont think many of us can comprehend what these two parents are going through right now. Lord give them strength. Pray for the doctors, and the nurses who are on his team right now, everything is in their hands. May the Lord bless them.

Pray for the family of the donor, who at the lowest point in their life decided to give a gift that will save a life. May the lord give them peace.

ETA.... Last update.

Last update we got was that the heart was in and beating, they couldnt close him just yet because of the bleeding and mom and dad didnt get to see him yet. As you can imagine, they put up the computer for the night and I am sure tried to get some rest.

Baby Alan is doing OK! He is still not awake but off the life support for heart and lungs that he was on and they have closed his chest. Keep praying for this little fighter.
